Description:

This is a month 6 timepoint where I sorted TRM from the nasal cavity after i.n. or i.p. priming to assess how the transcriptional profile changes over time. We know that nasal cavity TRM are maintained pretty consistently up to 8 months post-priming regardless of vaccination route, so we are interest in assessing why that is the case.
